Breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of choices. the room was spacious, clean, and looked like it was recently renovated. Great location, right by the construction and near Vietnam. Plus, it's very close to the Cable Car 🚠.

I loved my room - it was so modern and comfy! the staff here are super attentive which made me feel well taken care of 👌 the location is convenient, it's just a stone's throw away from the port. Don't miss out on exploring the Bai Chay district, it's definitely a must-visit spot!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location in Ha Long, within walking distance of Sun World park. Despite some noise from street karaoke, the staff, especially Chang, were extremely helpful and polite. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. excellent value for money.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Halong with a perfect location. It was within walking distance of Sun World, which was a major plus. The room, although small, was comfortable for the price we paid. The highlight of our stay was the helpful and polite staff, especially a lady named Chang who went out of her way to assist us with transportation. There were also shops nearby for dining and entertainment. The view from the hotel was stunning, adding to our enjoyment. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The location was just in the center of this city, which was perfect for us since we wanted to explore Halong Bay. We also loved the fact that it was close to the cable car and opposite the park. The staff was very friendly too.

The hotel is situated just a short walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. the staff was attentive and willing to assist with anything that arose during our stay. The location was convenient and easy to access, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Poor communication skills and unappetizing breakfast. Unfortunately, the language barrier made communicating with staff members a bit of a challenge, but they still tried to assist in any way they could.

We loved looking out at the beautiful scenery from our room's window. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the breakfast was pretty decent given the location, and we were impressed by the friendly staff who were always ready to help. We enjoyed the convenient nearby shops and the closeness to the port for our cruise.

But, communication with the receptionist was a bit difficult, making it hard to ask questions.
